The Worship Leader Reset is led by K.M. Harvin—songwriter, worship leader, author, and ministry leader with decades of experience serving the local church.

Kim is the founder of SongCircle Friends, a collaborative worship community and music initiative rooted in prayer, Scripture, and authentic expression. Through SongCircle Friends, she writes and leads worship music designed not for performance, but for presence—songs shaped by devotion, obedience, and communal worship rather than trends.

Her work centers on helping worship leaders lead from Christ-centered alignment, spiritual integrity, and wholeness, whether through live ministry, songwriting, or leadership formation.

She is the author of Secrets of Effective Worship Leading, a resource written to help worship leaders move beyond performance-driven ministry and into faithful, obedience-led worship.

No. This intensive is designed for aspiring, new, and seasoned worship leaders. Whether you’re sensing the call, just stepping into leadership, or carrying years of experience, the focus is spiritual alignment—not skill level.

Do I need to read the book before the sessions begin?

No reading is required. The live sessions stand on their own.
The print copy of Secrets of Effective Worship Leading is included in the Reset Bundle as a companion resource—something to return to during and after the intensive.

What if I can’t attend a live session?

All sessions will be recorded, and replays will be available to registered participants. While live participation is encouraged, you won’t miss the content if you need to watch later.

Is this a music or skill-based training?
